Getting Weighed

We decided to weigh Maddie on our kitchen scale the other day. I put a mixing bowl on the scale, zeroed the scale out, and then . . .

Our measurement was within one ounce of the pediatrician's office scale the next day. Today we're going to weigh Riley; he was sleeping when we weighed Maddie last time, so he "missed out."

Wait until they're both in a laundry basket together! Such fun. She's a beautiful girl.

You're giving new meaning to the phrase, "so cute, I could just eat her up!"

And, "thanks" (weird word to use, but still true) for the cancer update. I was wondering.

I never thought I would get nostalgic about the first few weeks with a newborn but that's exactly how I'm feeling.

I remember I had 10 or so "days" within a given 24 hour period made up of feeding, changing, playing, napping. Being able to sleep for 2 hours straight was a luxury.

I couldn't imagine doing it with twins.

Your babies are adorable. I wish you lots of support and encouragement.
