Go Red Sox! Go Patriots! and Go Weight Watchers! For me, the portion control aspect of Weight Watchers was what helped me break some not-so-great food habits.

Oh my goodness they've grown up! They are so cute.
I've been doing WW since January. I did really well and lost 30 lbs. But I kinda haven't been as committed this summer. I haven't gained anything back, but haven't lost anything either.
