My badass husband got four tattoos today. Four little dots to guide the radiation beams when he goes back in for his first treatment on Monday.
The setup went fine. The tattooing process itself was very primitive, just a dot of ink on the skin that was then poked with the same kind of needle I use to give GH various injections. The setup itself was extremely high-tech involving CT scans and physicists and infrared beams of light. This is some heavy science.
No more medical stuff until Monday. That's nice. The hospital makes me so very tired.

Hi, Snikollet,
Just stopping by from Dorcasina's place to say that we're rooting for all of you, out here in the blogosphere.
We used to have some very erotic games of "connect the dots"...
;)
Also found your blog via Dorcasina's.
:::heavy sigh:::
I'm so so sorry, Snickollet, that any of us have to go through this.
Thanks for the notes on my blog. As you can see, we have a mixed race family, too. Email me some time if you would like
