Left new house (rental, but still) in new car (silver Mazda5) to drive to new (it still counts as new, right?) job. Welcome to my new Portland life.
More to come when I'm not in meetings all day and unpacking all night.

So, so happy for you!
Dang, now I am going to have the Love Boat theme in my head all day! (oh and congrats!)
I really like Mazdas. That sounds exciting/exhausting/amazing. Enjoy and rest where you can.
Ooooohhhh!! I have a Mazda 5, too. How are you liking it so far?
WOW....that is just wonderful. An entire new beginning! My favorite car ever was a Mazda.
Congratulations to all of you.
All sounds gucci to me. Bring on the new.
And we still need to hear the story of how you found your house. Can't wait until you're settled in . . . and have time to BLOG!
sending good vibes your way! congrats! :)
wowza yowza! agreed with OTRgirl's comment. Can't wait to hear more when you have the energy and time!
A job is new until you can no longer blame your predecessor for the problems that crop up. Busy, happy days to you!
Wow! Wishing you abundant joy in the new home, car, job, life! :)
Happy Portland!
Woo-hoo!!!

Yay new Portland life! Good luck with unpacking.
Take your time - find your new rhythm - no obligation blogging. (It's all seeming perfect for you - yay!)
We love our Mazda5! Great choice!
funny, just bought a (manual transmission) silver mazda 5, too! we really like it and it's so completely practical. third row genius for little friends and flexible adults! hope you are having fun... and loving your portland beginnings.
Geez....I will have to google the Mazada5, can't picture it but I'm sure I will know it when I see it ;) Yah on all new stuff.
But of course - everything's new, shiny, and delectable! Enjoy!
We've been giving serious thought to a Mazda5 for when Thomas (the Toyota) finally gives up the ghost.

WOOHOO, can't wait to hear all about it!
Lots of Love to all of you!
copycat! at least now i know where to get a replacement bumper for the one that i've been trashing with random boston-bumps.
btw.. had fish tacos at ixtapa last night and thought of you! miss you!
Stacey - My best wishes to you, Riley & Maddie. I'm happy for you that you are nearer family, but I'll surely miss visiting w/you next time I'm in Boston with my daughters & grandson. BTW, they were here in Texas July 2-8 - had a wonderful time lovin' up on that little grandson! I look forward to reading more about your life in Oregon.
I'm just so, so glad that this has all come together for you. It seems providential!
